I finally got to Vancouver today after some skirmishes with travel. The city is amazing – good food everywhere, with trees and people skating and skateboarding and long boarding. So cool.
I was able to find the Siggraph office pretty easily, and got to meet several volunteers, all of which were awesome.
I just got back from watching Guardians of the Galaxy – there’s a behind the scenes event on the movie at Siggraph tomorrow! Unfortunately I believe I have a shift during it, but I’m glad I got to watch the movie nonetheless – very enjoyable.
I’m not sure if I’ll have the time or energy to blog about my adventures at Siggraph on a daily basis…But I definitely can try.
